Protest. How are its parameters defined? How does a unified voice emerge from a group of individuals? And what does it mean when a protest is remembered for the wrong reasons?

This publication is a collection of ruminations on protest in its different formes. In his introduction Francis McKee compares his experiences of photographing protests in Glasgow and Mexico, while the stories that follow are memories of protests that have remained in the minds of their authors.
